BrandSaints – Infinera @ OFC 2022

The Brief

BrandSaints are a UK-based exhibition and event space and stand design and build company. After a quieter time during the COVID-19 pandemic, their first large event was at OFC 2022 in San Diego, for which they designed and built a stand for long-standing client Infinera.

BrandSaints wanted to create a suite of photographic and video assets of their work on this for them to use as a case study on their website and social channels. They wanted a ‘main’ film giving an overview of the work done, as well as individual films for posting on social media, each of which highlighted a different feature of the stand’s design and functionality.

In addition to this, their client wanted us to film and deliver a ‘walk-through’ of the stand by their CMO which they could then share with those that were not able to visit in person.

The Solution

We sourced a local photographer and videographer to whom we gave a detailed brief on the assets required. Content was filmed in both portrait and landscape for the varying platforms it was needed on.

All assets were delivered to us overnight so that we were able to have a cut of the ‘walk through’ ready within 48 hours.

Edits of the main Case Study film and the shorter videos for social use were delivered within a week.

Working with ally & mo media was an effortless and efficient process for us. They quickly understood why we wanted case study videos and what the key messages for those videos were.  They then exceeded our expectations with not only what was delivered, but the timely manner in which it was done - and all within an extremely reasonable budget. The videos have given us a valuable additional method of communication with our potential client. I will be using ally & mo media in the future for all our video needs and recommend them to other companies without hesitation.

The Outcome

The delivered assets provided BrandSaints with a suite of content to go across their communication channels, telling both existing and potential new clients that events are very much back on again, and they’re ready to start working on space design.

In addition to the assets we provided for BrandSaints, we also worked directly with their client Infinera to provide versions of all assets to them that had been re-branded, delivering additional content for them to use on their social platforms as well.

We are now already working with BrandSaints on their next video requirements.
