LGA – Behavioural Insights Program

The Brief

The Local Government Association (LGA) needed to communicate the impact of their program supporting local authorities with behavioral insights research. They required an engaging animated film and clear infographics to showcase eight successful case studies at their conference and online platforms.

The Solution

We were selected as preferred suppliers for this project after an open-tender process and started the process with an in-depth meeting to get a clear understanding of the project as a whole, the case studies we would be illustrating, as well as what they wanted to say and to whom. From this we partnered with the LGA to bring their vision to life. Through a collaborative process, we:

  • Gathered in-depth insights: We met extensively with the LGA team to understand their goals, target audience, and desired messaging.
  • Crafted compelling visuals: We presented three distinct design options for both the animation and infographics, allowing the LGA to choose the perfect fit.
  • Offered extensive customisation: We provided multiple voiceover and music track options to ensure the final product aligned perfectly with their brand voice.
  • Delivered meticulous execution: We meticulously developed storyboards, animations, and infographics, incorporating feedback throughout the process for optimal results.

The Outcome

The project was a resounding success:

 Captivated audience: The animation was warmly received at the LGA’s conference, generating inquiries from impressed delegates.

Measurable impact: Despite minimal promotion, the video has already garnered over 600 views, demonstrating its engaging nature.
