Network My Club – Company Promo

The Brief

Network My Club are a business networking organisation. They help connect businesses across all industries, primarily in the south of the UK.

They hold events both online via Remo, and in-person at iconic sporting venues, including Twickenham, The Kia Oval and the Amex Stadium.

They needed a promotional film which demonstrates what differentiates them from other networking organisations, and highlights what their members enjoy about – and how they benefit from – their membership and events.

The Solution

We wanted to be able to illustrate the variety and ‘spectacle’ of the venues these events are held at, as well as ensuring we were able to show how much attendees enjoy the events and the speakers at them. We also wanted to ensure we delivered value, and an economical option for Network My Club so wanted to find a way we didn’t need to film at an event taking place at ALL of their venues.

We were also filming during a time of COVID-19 restrictions so did not want the films to date as a consequence.

Through conversations with the business leaders at Network My Club we understood what their key messages were, and proposed a filming schedule that allowed us to capture illustrations of all of these messages and ad personality and understanding to their offering.

The Outcome

We filmed at Twickenham and the Amex Stadium and combined the footage from there, with assets already held by Network My Club of their other venues.

The final film was build around an interview with Network My Club’s MD, and supplemented with vox pops from attendees filmed at both venues and B-roll ‘Beauty Shots’ at both venues which illustrated perfectly the awe-inspiring and iconic nature of the venues these events are held at.

We also combined screen captures of online meetings with moving images of laptop users to simulate the on-line experience of attending their virtual events.

The client was delighted with the final film, and within 24 hours of launching the film on LinkedIn, had had both enquiries and event bookings, purely based on the viewing of the promotional film.
