The Brief

Strawberry 7 are an outsourced IT support agency, specialising in Google Workspace. They wanted to created multiple films for this project:

  1. 2 x promotional videos of varying lengths, highlighting the kinds of businesses they can help, how they can make a different, and the way they go about supporting businesses they work with.
  2. 2 x case studies detailing the issues the businesses had prior to working with Strawberry 7, how they came in and helped, and how much better their businesses were as a result.

The Solution

We wanted the videos we created to clearly illustrate one of Strawberry 7’s USP – they are different to usual IT-support companies because they take a holistic view of your business and provide solutions which enable you to achieve what you need, all the while working with you in plain English and empowering you to understand more about the way IT can not only support your business, but help to build it.

We filmed all assets in a single day and delivered in total 8 different films for them – 4 clean and 4 subtitled.

I worked with Rob on a corporate video. Rob was fantastic and took care of everything, including the script and direction. He and his team were professional, turned up on time and we managed to get everything done despite a very tight schedule. They were excellent at suggesting angles to achieve what we wanted and took care of the whole package.

The Outcome

We delivered the 4 films for them, hitting every beat they needed in terms of key messaging and overcoming potential objections. It was important to Strawberry7 that we conveyed their personality, and the ‘tone’ in which they support the businesses they work with; we achieved this throughout all of the films and these now reside front and centre of their new website.
