I’m Rob Molloy, and I’m the founder and owner of ally & mo media.

I founded ally&mo at the start of 2019, having spent over 20 years working in TV and video content for high profile brands such as ITV and Guinness World Records.  I have been lucky enough to work with some of the largest broadcasters, brands and online platforms in the world. Working on content for audiences from varied cultures including Western Europe, Asia, the Middle East, North America and Australasia.

Through my career I came to realise that corporate video content is not about selling, it’s about storytelling.  If you tell a story well, you can really engage a viewer and start to build an affinity between them and your brand, product or service.  Once this affinity has been established,  selling to this person at an appropriate time becomes easier.

My own principles – and consequently now those of ally & mo media – are that all video content should exceed expectations and engage the viewer. This is regardless of subject and budget.
